We have recently spent 6 months totally renovating the house to a 5 star standard and have created
Something Special in a B&B.

mattresses', Egyptian cotton percale bed linen, Digital* Flat-screen TV with DVD, CD to enjoy
your favourite films or music.
- Enjoy a superb shower experience in ensuite limestone tiled shower-rooms, with large power
showers, heated chrome towel rails, full size 'Neutrogena' toiletries and large fluffy bath sheets.
- You can relax, converse or enjoy a drink in the conservatory or the outdoor terrace overlooking
the garden and views to Jedburgh.
- Start your day with your choice from a wide ranging breakfast menu, featuring freshly cooked
locally sourced ingredients where possible. (We cater for special diets with advance notice)
- No problems with parking, we have private off road parking for cars, with covered storage for
bikes and motorcycles on request.
